Marry Me Page 23

“Great. Uh…Brianna found something on the ‘net.”

“Oh?” Braxton headed towards downtown LA. “About the

  premiere?”

“You could say that. I don’t want to spoil her fun. See you

  when you get here.”

“Okay.” Braxton was about to hang up when he heard, “Love

  you, Mr Todd.”

He grinned happily. “Love you too.” He disconnected the call

and made a few more as he headed to work.

  ~

Fabian tapped keys on his computer keyboard, answering the

never-ending demands of the clients they worked for. He heard

Brianna’s happy greeting to Braxton and stood, tucking in his

shirt and sprinting to see his man.

“Hey, babe.” Braxton kissed Fabian lightly. “Okay? What’s

  on the ‘net?”

Fabian nodded for Brianna to show him.

She opened a page she had obviously saved and stood behind

  Braxton as he viewed it.

There, on one of the daily gossip rags front cover, was a

photo of Braxton kneeling in front of Fabian, popping the

question. In huge block letters it read, ‘ Marry Me! ’ with a caption underneath that read, ‘ PR Master Braxton Todd finally

off the market? Has hell frozen over?’

Fabian and Brianna exchanged cheeky glances.

Braxton took a moment to digest it, then cracked up with

  laughter.

  “So?” Brianna asked. “It’s true?”

“Yeah. It is.” Braxton curled one arm around Fabian and

  pulled him close.

“Pay up.” Fabian held out his hand to Brianna.

She dug through her purse and put a five dollar bill into his

hand. “Damn! I thought it was pure bullshit.”

“Told ya!” Fabian waved the cash at her playfully. He then

nuzzled Braxton sensually. “I’m moving in.”

“Unreal!” Brianna cheered. “Finally! Braxton Todd has a

  wife!”

“A husband.” Braxton corrected, kissing Fabian’s cheek.

“So?” she asked, “Confirm the tabloid’s suspicion? I got your

  okay?”

“You got my okay.” Braxton looked at Fabian. “Does she

  have your okay, Mr Rhys?”

  “Yup.” Fabian’s blue eyes shone.

“Son of a bitch!” Brianna began tapping keys like a mad

woman. “I’m making a formal press release. Any wedding

  date?”

“No. Not yet.” Fabian ran his hand down Braxton’s tie.

“We’re going to live together first.”

“I love it!” Brianna gestured to the cardboard tray for

Braxton, with his coffee and yogurt in it.

Braxton released Fabian and picked the coffee up to sip.

“Yeah. Hell froze over. It must have.”

“Back to work.” Fabian threw a kiss at Braxton and returned

to his office, feeling as if his feet weren’t touching the ground.

He dropped in his chair and daydreamed, trying to get back into

  focus.

  ~

After Fabian walked off Brianna entered Braxton’s office and

  whispered, “You sure?”

“I must be. I just turned down a straight, twenty-something

jock handed to me on a sterling platter.” Braxton picked up his

  yogurt, starving from the workout.

  “I am stunned. Seriously.”

“Why? You were pushing us together since he was hired.”

“Yeah, but…” She shook her head. “You’re the consummate

  bachelor.”

“Not anymore. I’m off the market, thank fuck. Get back to

  work, Ms Cambridge.”

“Yes, sir, Mr Todd!” She laughed.

Braxton sat down to finish the yogurt. While he did he read a

few emails and then put his name into the search engine to see

the article Brianna had found online.

While he enjoyed the breakfast, he read, ‘ The man everyone

wanted but no one could get out for a second date, proposed to

his business partner at the red carpet premiere of the latest

LGBT independent film festival. So all you boys and girls out

there who had sights on being the future Mrs Todd? You missed

the boat. He’s getting hitched! ’

Braxton chuckled and typed an instant message to Fabian.

  ‘ Love you.’

  ‘ Love you too.’

Braxton finished the yogurt, tossed the cup and got back to

work, a big grin on his face.

  BOYS-

BOYS WHO LOVE BOYS WHO LOVE GIRLS

Twenty-five year old Jag Huntington loved straight men. He

couldn’t help it. Something about their macho-allure intrigued

him. But Jag had never even managed to have a straight man as a

  friend.

His best friend Tyson Hopper, and Tyson’s boyfriend

Howard Steinman invite Jag out for a night with the gay-boys

  and Howard’s sister, Virginia.

When Virginia brings her straight boyfriend, Carson Phelps,

Jag’s attraction to the thirty year old stud was instant. But there was not mutual attraction, not even curiosity.

It wasn’t until Virginia insinuated that Jag and Carson should

be friends, ‘close’ friends, that Jag began to wonder if he had a

  chance.

Carson liked hanging with gay men. They were fun. His

straight buddies didn’t get into dancing, music, or anything he

really wanted to do. The idea of having a great gay friend

appealed to Carson. Self-assured, Carson didn’t flinch at the racy

conversation nor sexual overtones of his gay companions’

  conversation. He liked it.

There was something which intrigued both men into crossing

the line of friendship into a physical relationship, but for Jag, it was devoid of any emotional attachment, which he craved from

  Carson.

Would Jag and Carson’s friendship ever evolve into anything

more than a couple of friends; one gay and one straight?

Or was there really something extra special about a boy who

  loves boys, who loves girls?

  BAND OF BROTHERS

Two young men in their early twenties, Austin Shelby and

Henry ‘Woody’ Woodcliff, had somehow lost their way. Living

in Albuquerque, petty thieves, neither man had family or hope of

becoming anything more than inmates in the county jail.

Orlando Ancho had other plans. Working in his family

restaurant, going to med-school, Orlando meets the two young

men one night when they come to the restaurant for a meal.

Immediately Orlando suspects they are living on the street, and

may dine and dash. But what Orlando doesn’t expect, is to find a

  common bond with these men.

Being deep in the closet, living with a brother who was a

harsh critic of Orlando, and extremely homophobic, Orlando had

no intention of coming out. Hiding from intimacy, Orlando led a

lonely life. When Austin and Woody, exchange a ‘blood’ vow

with him one night, Orlando admits his sexual attraction to the

fair-haired Austin, craving his love and touch.

But jealousy and violence becomes inevitable, and disaster

  strikes one of the trio.

What had begun as a friendship between three very different

men, turns into a journey for this Band of Brothers; blood

brothers…who are put to the ultimate test of trust and loyalty.

  ROUGH RIDE

In this sequel to Cowboy Blues, we find out about the sexy

but proud gay rodeo star, Dean Houston. Though Dean came

across as a larger than life superstar, immersed in both gay porn

and one of the big players in the Tex-Ass Rodeo league, at

thirty-one, Dean is nearing the end of both his careers, and

struggling to accept the changes that are coming in his life; no

longer being the prime star of the rodeo and top dog of the gay

  porn circuit.

And Dean was going to be handing his rough stock bull

riding crown over to the new stud in town; Clint Wolcott.

To everyone around him Clint looked like the next big

sensation of the gay rodeo scene, but his partner Cheyenne

Wheeler and close friends, Rob Grafton and Victor Sarita knew

  his secret.

Will the end of the line for Dean be the beginning of a new

life with a potential new partner?

And will the beginning of Clint’s career and stardom end

  with disaster?

Whichever way they boys get bucked, its going to be a Rough

  Ride.

  COWBOY BLUES

  Gay cowboys? Gay rodeos?

Rainbow Rough Riders Rodeo, is a small, newly formed

group made up of a diverse selection of gay men who each have

their own reasons for wanting to compete in the rodeo challenges

and enjoy the fun of the celebration of the wild west.

Follow three couples; Ken Marsh, the forty-one year old

founder of the group, his forty-five year old country music singer

lover, Lyle Jackson; the two bearded cuddly bears who are the

perfect couple, Rob Grafton and Victor Sarita, and the youngest

of the bunch, Mike ‘Clint’ Wolcott and the object of his desire,

  Cheyenne Wheeler.

Six men, three complicated relationships, and all the thrill and

hardship that goes with life on the road, moving town to town,

riding bareback and enjoying a good hard buck! And that doesn’t

  even include the rodeo competitions!

Cowboys. The new macho sex symbols, or maybe not ‘new’,

maybe just the sexiest men around. But being a cowboy

sometimes is a hard road, and even Cowboys get the blues.

  Midnight in London

Thirty-one year old Ted Mack, the high-school ‘geek’, was

on the cusp of developing the next mega social-network-for-one.

His group of techno-philes worked day and night to create a

unique computer network that would astonish the world.

Twenty-three year old Kevin Moore, Jeremy West’s straight

roommate from the novel ‘Teacher’s Pet’, has graduated college

with honors and is now working on his own creating websites.

  His idol? Ted Mack.

When the two meet during an IT convention in London, the

connection between the handsome college jock and the geek is

electric. With the chiming of Big Ben signaling the midnight

hour in the background, Ted and Kevin kiss, altering their lives

  from that moment on.

Can that one moment in time make a connection that will last

a lifetime? Or will their colliding worlds pull them apart?

Both Ted and Kevin knew their relationship would not be

&n
bsp; easy. And if it fell apart? They always had Midnight in London.

his certificate in massage therapy and is hired by an elite spa in

West Hollywood. Though Kellie had experienced ‘happy

endings’ in the past while getting massages from older men, he

was going to abide by the rules and not get sexual with his

  clients.

Montgomery ‘Monty’ Gresham, ex Navy SEAL plans to open

up a SEAL training boot camp for civilians, and decides getting

referrals from a celebrity club in LA would be a perfect idea.

While Monty recruits members to his military training center, he

meets the handsome massage therapist, Kellie Hamilton.

The contact between Kellie and Monty while Monty is on the

massage table instantly sends both men into a state of pure

sexual arousal. In this heightened state, where two opposites

certainly are attracted, Kellie needs to decide if the tough thirty-eight year old ex-military man will be his Happy Ending, or if

living happily ever after is just a fairy tale.

‘bisexual’, but has just ended an affair back in New York with a

man. It didn’t take long for Blair to get a full blown crush on

Cooper, especially when he was asked to represent Cooper in his

divorce. Blair knew getting emotionally involved with a man on

the heels of a bad breakup was bad enough, not to mention the

object of Blair’s desire was straight-
